Customer Journeys
Conducted by the client in a combination of their information on user personas. I was responsible for integrating the user story into our own work flow plan.
UI Information Architecture
I created the user flow diagrams for internal cross referencing, outlining the customer journeys in coordination with Viocorp's digital platforms (Viostream, Viomedia and VioAd), the media content suppliers (Movie Studios), meta data suppliers and the clients's marketing platform.

Technology
I worked along side and in consultation with the internal Technologist Lead, Product Manager and BE/FE Developers for expert reviews on the web based applications (Web Apps and TV App). I worked directly with external agency iOS and Android Developers who provided their expert review too.
This was the first time Viocorp had taken on this type of market. It was a very challenging and valuable adaptation for the organisation to take on. Viocorp's video streaming management application Viostream was used for this client's project. It has since evolved and was later applied to the companies new markets in the enterprise sector. Viostream has since been re-branded and the UI vastly improved by my team. The Technology and Infrastructure teams have greatly improved the overall features, interactive functions and scalability. It is now Viocorp's key product. Later the company was renamed after the product Viostream.

Note: After almost 12 months planning, design and build of all applications the product was completed and ready to launch, but it was halted during final testing phase due to the organisation changing hands of ownership. The new owners, Wanda Cinema Line Corp deliver media distribution via cinemas and were not interested in the streaming movie industry.
